Wicked Teebox "Prosperity" Links Challenge 2008

Dear WT Golfers,

Wicked Teebox is proud to announce our 1st event of the year, Wicked Teebox "Prosperity" Links Challenge 2008 to be held as follows: -

Date : 9 February 2008 (Saturday)
Teeoff : 8 am
Venue : Lembah Beringin Golf Links
Fee : RM180 per pax (Golf fee/buggy/insurance - RM120, F&B/snacks - RM30, tournament fee (prizes) - RM30)

Special promotion: -

• The first 2 flights who register will get RM10 off their fee.
• You will get another extra RM10 off your fee for each golfers you introduce to register for this tournament (yes, means if you get 18 people, you dont have to pay!!!! or if you get 9 people you pay only RM90!!!!)

We expect around 5-8 flights to register this time. Open to all beginners and intermediate golfers. Wont be that many crowd, so its gonna be beginner-friendly course (no pressure)!!!

Wicked Teebox Prosperity Challenge (for beginners and intermediate only)

The time has finally come for all Wicked Teebox golfers to meet up and whack some balls!!!

Its been a while since we had our in-house tournament, so WT is organizing a mini-golf tournament during the Chinese New Year break (Saturday 9 February) for those who have no plans! (or have plan but can reschedule for golf sake! haha)

Wicked Teebox 1st Golf Range Session!!!

Dear WT golfers (and fellow beginners)...

We are organizing our 1st WT Golf Range Session as follows: -

Date - 26 January 2008 (Saturday)
Time - 9am - 11am
Venue - Setapak Golf Range
Fee - Buy your own golf balls - RM 5.50 for 50 balls ; RM11 per 100 balls....(quite reasonable)
Objective - Networking, free lessons (or guidance)

GOLF COURSE OF THE MONTH - Danau GC, UKM

Danau GC offers a unique golfing experience. You will love the terrain and challenging greens. There are several holes which will take your breath away just by standing on the tee box.

Our Wicked Teebox at UKM is the one below. Standing at a Par 3 with 120-140m to go, this is a tricky shot due to the green which is located downhill (really steep down guys!). Depending on the wind direction and strength, our recommendation is to go for sand wedge or pitching wedge here.

Rate is very reasonable ranging from RM84 for weekday to RM110 for weekends. Good bargain for such a great course
